DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at shopelume@gmail.com so we can make it right. We will provide a full refund or replacement for any products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at shopelume@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label so that you can return the product to us at no cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
